Wha...I have been for faaaaaaaaaaar too many years. What I've really needed to do is to let go of the underlying reasons I KEPT myself this way...it wouldn't matter if I had been 108 or 180lbs, I would STILL have viewed myself in this self-demeaning manner. <BR/><BR/>It doesn't serve me, or humanity, to create this little 'story' or belief system for myself that I am fat and that by being fat that I am 'safe'.<BR/><BR/>Healthy is not being concerned about being fat. Healthy is Being. <BR/><BR/>I DO have a fabulous family and a husband that doesn't care how big my rump is.
